Principal Mortgage Broker
Heirs & Legacy Co is led by Roshika Chand, Principal Mortgage Broker with over 10 years of experience in banking and finance, including roles within Australia’s Big Four banks. Beginning her career as a bank teller, Roshika gained first-hand insight into the financial challenges everyday clients face. She later moved into retention lending, acquisition lending and complex lending scenarios, working closely with lender credit teams to structure solutions for a wide range of clients.
